“I see your grief and I offer my love”
The grief we feel is not weakness, the body remembers
Why is embodiment so important to processing grief?
It’s ultimately how we can stay in alignment when we are under pressure. Regular embodiment practices helps me to have more space between the moment I respond and the moment I notice something arising in my body. Collectively when we scale this, we are under sp much pressure, as individuals we are not responding in alignment, being responsive rather than reactive.
That’s a type of skill that is not learned through books but learned through embodiment.

“Grief can be the garden of compassion.
If you keep your heart open through everything,
your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom” ― Rumi
